Who these ErecPower terms cover
These terms are an agreement between you and Goerecpower. Goerecpower runs goerecpower.com as the USA Authorized ErecPower Retailer, from 195 Broadway, Floor 5, New York, NY 10007.
They apply to every page on the site, including the guides and blog posts. They apply whether you read one page or buy a product.
Goerecpower is a retailer, not the maker of ErecPower. The manufacturer's name was not in the materials supplied to the site.
How you may use goerecpower.com
You may read, print and share links to the site for your own personal use. Please use it in a fair and lawful way.
A few things are not allowed, because they harm the site or other readers.
- Copying whole pages, images or the design to publish elsewhere.
- Scraping the site in bulk, or overloading it with automated requests.
- Trying to break into the site, its server or its code.
- Posing as the seller, the maker or a customer to mislead others.
- Using the site to break any law.
Short quotes with a link back to the source page are welcome. For anything more, email [email protected] first.
ErecPower information is not medical advice
The site shares general information about a dietary supplement and the research on its ingredients. It does not give medical advice, and it cannot replace a visit to your doctor.
Please do not start, stop or change any medicine because of something you read here. Read the full disclaimer for the medical, FDA and results notes.
Age limit for the ErecPower site and product
The site and the product are meant for adults. ErecPower is sold for healthy adult men 18 and over.
If you are under 18, please do not use the site or order the product.
How accurate is the ErecPower product information?
Product facts on this site come from the ErecPower sales materials and the seller's written terms. The team checks them with care, but the label on your bottle is the final word.
Some facts were not supplied at all. The site marks each one as not published rather than guessing.
- The Supplement Facts panel, daily dose and ingredient amounts.
- The other ingredients and the capsule type.
- The manufacturer or distributor name.
- An independent lab report. Lot ERE-26/GO-4304 and CoA ERE-4304-26-GO are draft labels, not lab proof.
If you spot an error, email [email protected] and the page will be checked.
Your part: using ErecPower as the label directs
When you buy ErecPower, you agree to use it as the label directs. The daily dose is not printed on the materials the site received, so the label on your bottle is the guide.
A few simple habits keep use safe and fair for everyone.
- Read the whole label before the first capsule.
- Do not take more than the label says.
- Talk to your doctor first if you take any medicine or have a health condition.
- Check your bottle with the batch verify steps and keep your order email.
- Keep the bottle out of reach of children.
ErecPower prices, offers and orders
ErecPower comes in 1, 3 and 6-bottle packs. Prices are printed on the secure checkout page, not on this site, and they can change with offers.
The price shown at checkout when you pay is the price that applies. An order is not accepted until the checkout confirms it.
The checkout accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Read the checkout's own terms of sale before you pay, since they govern the purchase itself.
ErecPower refunds and the 60-day guarantee
Every order placed through the site comes with a money-back window of 60 days from purchase, unless the sales page prints a longer window. Claims are handled by phone.
Here is how a claim works. The refund policy has the full details.
Call the order desk
Call +1 (877) 257-0825 with your order ID, Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm ET.
Mail the bottles back
Send them to 600 Broadway, Suite 4C, New York, NY 10012 with your full name, email, and order ID. Buyer pays return shipping. Use a tracked service.
Wait for the credit
The refund goes out 3-5 business days after the returns desk credits you, then 5-10 days for your card.
Shipping terms for ErecPower orders
Ships from the US unless the sales page says otherwise. Tracking arrives in the order email. Keep the order email until your parcel arrives.
If a parcel is late, lost or damaged, call +1 (877) 257-0825. The shipping page explains what to expect.
Earnings disclosure for goerecpower.com
Goerecpower earns money when you buy ErecPower through the site. Buy buttons lead to the secure checkout page, and those links are marked as sponsored.
That income pays for the site. It does not change the facts, and the site still names the product's gaps, such as the missing ingredient amounts.
Reviews and sample content on the ErecPower site
Ratings and review lines on the site were supplied by the seller as sample copy. They have not been matched to real orders.
Read them as examples of the feedback the order desk reports, not as proof of results. Verified reviews will replace them if they become available.
Trademarks, images and content ownership
Brand names, logos and trademarks on the site belong to their owners. That includes the ErecPower name and label, card brand logos and the names of public bodies and journals.
The written content and page design belong to Goerecpower unless another owner is named. Photos of people come from the sales material and are illustrative only.
Links from goerecpower.com to other websites
The site links to outside pages, such as FDA pages, NIH fact sheets and journals. Those links help you check facts for yourself.
Goerecpower does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content or privacy practices. The checkout page has its own terms, too.
Limitation of liability, in plain words
The site is provided “as is.” Goerecpower works to keep it correct, but cannot promise every page is complete, current or free of errors.
To the extent the law allows, Goerecpower is not responsible for losses that come from using the site or relying on it. That includes choices made without asking a doctor.
- Nothing here removes consumer rights that the law says cannot be waived.
- Your purchase rights come from the checkout terms and the 60-day guarantee.
- If a court finds one part of these terms invalid, the rest still applies.
