How ErecPower Works: The Three Pathways
ErecPower is a daily plant capsule aimed at three pathways: testosterone, circulation and stamina.
Tongkat ali, tribulus and chrysin are linked to testosterone, and hawthorn and epimedium to circulation. The seller suggests daily use for 3 months or longer.

How does ErecPower say it works?
ErecPower says it works through three simple steps: a plant-based capsule, a daily routine and steady use over time. The seller's graphic lists them as Capsule Formula, Daily Routine and Consistency. It gives no timeline shorter than 3 months.
The capsule is described as pure plant ingredients plus natural minerals. The routine step says only to follow the product label. The last step asks for consistent use for 3 months or longer.

Which ErecPower ingredient goes with which claim?
Each ErecPower claim lines up with one or more of the six plants. The sales page does not draw these links itself, so the map below uses the role each herb is best known for. Most claims lean on two or three ingredients.

| Sales-page claim | Ingredients usually linked to it |
|---|---|
| Support Your Sex Life Goals | Tribulus, epimedium, tongkat ali |
| Support for men's sexual health | All six, by tradition |
| Supports Testosterone Levels | Tongkat ali, tribulus, chrysin |
| Enhances Natural Stamina | Tongkat ali, tribulus |
| Promotes Circulation | Hawthorn berry, epimedium |
Saw palmetto has no direct claim of its own. It is a traditional men's health berry, best known for prostate use. Each plant is covered in depth on the ingredients page.
How strong is the human evidence behind ErecPower?
The human evidence behind ErecPower ranges from fair to none, depending on the ingredient. Tongkat ali has the most consistent trials. Epimedium has only animal and lab data for sexual function.
The ratings below are our plain summary of the cited studies. They describe each ingredient alone, not the finished product.
| Ingredient | Pathway claimed | What human studies found | Evidence strength |
|---|---|---|---|
| Tongkat ali | Testosterone, stress | Testosterone rose, mainly in men who started low (Leisegang et al., 2022) | Fair |
| Tribulus | Testosterone, sex drive | No testosterone rise; mixed erection results (Vilar et al., 2025) | Weak |
| Chrysin | Testosterone | Poorly absorbed; no testosterone change (Gambelunghe et al., 2003) | Weak |
| Hawthorn berry | Circulation | No change in artery widening (Asher et al., 2012) | Weak |
| Epimedium | Circulation, erections | Rat data only; low blood levels in people (Brown et al., 2019) | Animal only |
| Saw palmetto | Men's health | Little benefit even for urinary symptoms (Franco et al., 2023) | Not studied for sex |
How to read the strength ratings
- Fair: several human trials point the same way, though the effect may be limited to some men.
- Weak: human trials exist, but they found little or no effect for the claimed pathway.
- Animal only: the claimed effect has been seen in rats or lab dishes, not in people.
- Not studied: no human trial has tested the herb for this use at all.
None of these ratings says a plant is useless. They say how much weight the research can bear today.
The testosterone pathway in ErecPower
The ErecPower testosterone claim rests on three ingredients: tongkat ali, tribulus and chrysin. Only one of them has shown a rise in people. Testosterone is the main male sex hormone, and it tends to fall slowly with age.
Tongkat ali: the one with a signal
A review of five trials with 232 men found higher total testosterone after tongkat ali (Leisegang et al., 2022). The effect showed up mainly in men who started with low levels. A wider 2024 review rated it as possibly effective (Morgado et al., 2024).
Tribulus and chrysin: no rise found
Tribulus did not change testosterone in young men over four weeks (Neychev et al., 2005). Chrysin is barely absorbed, and men taking it showed no change in urinary testosterone (Gambelunghe et al., 2003). So the claim leans mostly on tongkat ali.
The circulation pathway in ErecPower
The ErecPower circulation claim is linked to hawthorn berry and epimedium. Healthy blood flow matters for sexual function, which is why these herbs appear in men's formulas. The human data for both are thin.
- Hawthorn: in adults with mildly high blood pressure, it did not change how well arteries widened (Asher et al., 2012).
- Epimedium: its compound icariin helped erections in nerve-injured rats (Shindel et al., 2010). No human trial for sexual function was found.
- Icariin in people: blood levels stayed very low even at high doses (Brown et al., 2019).
Rat and lab results are an early step. They show a possible pathway, not a proven effect in men.
What happens after you take an ErecPower capsule?
After you swallow an ErecPower capsule, the shell breaks down in the stomach and the plant powder is released. The compounds then need to pass from the gut into the blood. How well that happens differs a lot from one plant to the next.
Absorption is the quiet step that many sales pages skip. A compound that never reaches the blood cannot do much elsewhere in the body.
Chrysin
Poorly absorbed. After a 400 mg dose, blood levels were tiny (Walle et al., 2001).
Icariin (epimedium)
Low blood levels even at doses up to 1,680 mg a day (Brown et al., 2019).
Tongkat ali
Tested as a root extract at 100 to 600 mg a day, with a testosterone signal in men who started low (Leisegang et al., 2022).
The graphic also mentions natural minerals, but none are named. So their role in how ErecPower works cannot be judged.
The stamina and mood pathway in ErecPower
The ErecPower stamina claim has the least direct research behind it. No trial we found measured stamina with any of the six plants. The closest data come from a tongkat ali study on stress.
In 63 moderately stressed adults, 200 mg of tongkat ali a day for four weeks lowered cortisol and improved mood scores (Talbott et al., 2013). The trial was small and had industry links.
Stress, sleep and mood all affect energy and desire. A plant that eases stress could, in theory, support how a man feels day to day. That link has not been tested for this product.
Why ErecPower asks for 3 months of steady use
ErecPower asks for 3 months or longer because herbal effects, if any, build slowly. The ingredient trials behind the claims ran from 4 to 12 weeks. A few days of use would not match any of them.
Weeks 1 to 4
Build the habit. Take the capsules at the same time each day, as the label directs.
Weeks 5 to 8
Keep going. The shorter tribulus and tongkat ali trials lasted about four weeks, so you are now past them.
Weeks 9 to 12
Take stock. The 12-week mark matches the longest tribulus trial and the seller's 3-month advice.
Plan the 60-day money-back window into this. It ends before the 3-month mark, so decide by day 60 if a refund matters to you. The results timeline has more detail.
What we cannot say about how ErecPower works
We cannot say that ErecPower works as a finished product. No trial of the full formula was supplied or found. The amounts of each ingredient are also not published.
How ErecPower works: common questions
How does ErecPower say it works?
The seller describes three steps: a capsule of plant ingredients and natural minerals, a daily routine that follows the label, and consistent use for 3 months or longer.
Has ErecPower itself been tested in a clinical trial?
No trial of the finished ErecPower product was supplied or found. The research on this page covers the single ingredients, one at a time.
Which ErecPower ingredient is linked to testosterone?
Tongkat ali, tribulus and chrysin are the three tied to testosterone. Only tongkat ali showed a rise in human trials, mainly in men who started low.
Does ErecPower work right away?
The seller does not describe a fast effect. Its graphic points to 3 months or longer, and ingredient trials ran 4 to 12 weeks.
Is ErecPower a drug?
No. ErecPower is sold as a dietary supplement. It is not meant to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, including erectile dysfunction.
Why do the ingredient amounts matter for how it works?
Study results depend on the dose used. The amounts in each capsule are not published, so no one can say whether they match any trial.
